NASA has released two free e-books about the Hubble Telescope and its not yet launched successor, the Webb Space Telescope. They're available in both pdf and iBook format.
The books are full of amazing photography and information, with interactive features that allow reads to watch a galaxy collision and manipulate a telescope model
